COVID-19 FAQs
The health and safety of our friends and family is our highest priority. We will be following all necessary precautions to ensure everyone is comfortable and carefree.
If you have any symptoms of COVID-19 (such as fever, shortness of breath, or cough) or have been exposed to anyone with COVID-19 within 14 days prior to our wedding day, please stay home and contact us!
Is the wedding venue outdoors or indoors?
The Conservatory is an indoor venue, however the space is very large with high ceilings for plenty of social distancing options. The space can accommodate up to 250 people, and our guest list is less than half of that amount for more space and ease of mind.
What is the parking situation?
A large parking lot is available at the Conservatory for those guests who do not wish to use the provided shuttle from the hotel.
How will food be served?
Dinner will be served in stations with all servers and catering staff practicing COVID safety protocols.
Will there be dancing?
The dance floor will be open and ready for us to party!
Will you have sanitizing stations?
We will provide hand sanitizer for guests at the venue. Please practice good hand hygiene and feel free to bring your own hand sanitizer if desired.
Are masks required?
Masks are not required, but feel free to wear one as you are comfortable! We recommend any unvaccinated guests to wear a mask when not eating or drinking.
Are you requiring guests to be vaccinated?
We are not requiring guests to be vaccinated, however we strongly encourage it. There will be many vulnerable loved ones celebrating with us and we want to ensure everyone’s safety.
